Lingua Logic is a personal, service-oriented business.

 

Lingua Logic has its humble beginnings in 2015 on Tumblr as J-Sub Learning Experiment.

 

We became an official business in 2017 as The J-Sub Experiment, and in 2018 we rebranded ourselves as Lingua Logic, making The J-Sub Experiment our main product and service.

In the summer of 2018, we offered our first group course, our Summer Intensive Japanese Program, where 15 students studied the fundamentals of the language and got to analyze the script of the acclaimed film Spirited Away by Hayao Miyazaki.

Lingua Logic prides itself in its service-oriented ethos, always wanting to go the extra mile and creating personalized solutions for our customers' diverse needs.

Lingua Logic's president is Mr. Jay S. Chin. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, he studied philosophy and linguistics at Boston College (Class of 2015) and has been an important figure in Japanese linguistics in the popular sphere since 2015. In October of 2020, he will begin his Master's degree at Wolfson College, University of Oxford.
